Levels of Service

Buildingworks electronic closeout manual, Datasphere™, is available in three different service levels, with each level providing greater detail and granularity of information. The types of information supplied in each level is described below.

Level 1

• Mechanical equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Electrical equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Plumbing equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Life/safety equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Conveying equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Roofing equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Original plans/drawings and as-builts scanned

Note 1: documents are linked to specific piece of equipment
Note 2: all of the above associated with the overall property

Level 2

• Mechanical equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Electrical equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)
• Plumbing equipment (O&M’s, as-builts and warranties)

Note 3: tenant equipment documentation can be associated with a specific room or location in a property for an additional charge
