Levels of Service

BuildingWorks means SERVICE.  We do the work to provide ready to use tools so that the contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners concentrate on constructing the building efficiently and effectively and allowing the owners to manage efficiently and effectively as well.  Our job as a member of the team is building the document management tools to make the process easier, faster and transparent.

Levels of Service

BuildingWorks’ on-line communication and collaboration tool, datastart, assists the construction team with the management of information so that the team can concentrate on their job---constructing a timely and efficient building.  BuildingWorks offers levels of service:

  • Developing the Libraries of Information
  • Permissions Access
  • Set up of submittal workflow process and automatic email notification
  • Monitoring of information progress
  • Overall management of the site
  • Site technical support

 

datasphere

BuildingWorks electronic closeout manual, datasphere™, is available in four different service levels, with each level providing greater detail and usefulness of information. The types of information supplied in each level are described below.

  • Basic:: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety, Conveyance and Roof equipment tracked and associated to specific equipment to the room or area within the building  or All information associated with the overall property
  • Basic with Links  Includes Basic level of service PLUS links from the PDF equipment drawing to the submittal to the equipment manual to the manufacturer’s website
  • Expanded: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety, Conveyance and Roof equipment tracked and associated to specific equipment to the room or area within the building PLUS finishes, door and door hardware associated to room or area with the building.
  • Expanded with Links: Includes Expanded level of Service Plus Links from the PDF drawing to submittal to equipment manual to manufacturer’s website

BuildingWorks’ on-line datasphere tool, dataview, assists the facility team with the quick and easy anytime, anywhere viewing and management of information so that the team can concentrate on their job---maintaining the facility to design standards in a timely and efficient process.  dataview provides easy to use templates to simplify the changes of information as equipment is changed or added for the life of the building.  BuildingWorks  offers:

  • A cloud based tool - intuitive and easy to learn and use
  • Updatable – easy to use templates making changes worry free  
  • Viewing – anywhere, anytime

BuildingWorks’ datacive assists the facility team with the scanning , organizing and categorizing of the existing paper documents whether it is just the drawings or drawings, manuals and other valuable building information.  BuildingWorks datacive offers:

  • Digitalization of existing paper
  • Organization and categorization in a easy to use electronic presentation
  • Integration into the datasphere
