Ann is the visionary force behind the success of BuildingWorks Inc. and its Datasphere™ service offering, and is directly involved in strategic planning, marketing, product development, and quality control for all products and services.

Thom Schwetye is the Sales Director at BuildingWorks, Inc., which positions Thom in the middle of the ‘action’. He is involved in nurturing client relationships and product development.

Steve Crouse is the Vice President of Finance at BuildingWorks, Inc. Beyond ensuring the company's finances, Steve leads the organization in the developing the overall strategic planning process to develop the company's longterm vision.
