We believe that the building data experts at BuildingWorks Inc. should personify: integrity, commitment, diligence and trust. Our product suite was born of needs we identified in our own day-to-day world, as well as constructive comments and feedback from the general building marketplace. We act as enablers of our clients, providing  intuitive, simple tools that empower them to take control of critical project data, as well as using the tool for archiving and retrieving data for future use.

Our vision is that: "A building is an asset in creation, construction, documentation and operation. Documentation of the lifecycle of this asset is crucial to the building’s effective utilization." We are committed to making our vision a reality through the implementation of our mission: "To be the standard in building close-out information across the property management, building ownership, and construction industries."

The result of this vision and applied effort is a rigorous process of collection, auditing, organization and retrieval that focuses on the integrity and value of the data provided during and at the end of construction. In essence: "electronic corporate memory".
