Our suite of building information and document management tools enable building owners to capture information from a building’s inception through to demolition. With so many participants in the life of a building it is critical for owners to establish a central document depository to collect all documents from each phase: development, construction, and maintenance. Our suite includes:

• DataStart is a specialized building document tool that is web-based to provide real-time visibility of documents, facilitate submittal approvals and immediately notify those appropriate of pending reviews throughout the construction process, so that the construction team can save time and stay focused.
• DataSphere is a specialized building information management tool that provides visibility to key elements critical to the effective and cost efficient maintenance of an owner’s biggest investment, his building. Information begins with the facility’s “as-built” documentation that is organized and presented at the room or area level for easy access by facility management.
• DataCive is a specialized building document tool that centralizes and provides visibility of all existing building documents for the effective and cost efficient maintenance of a building.

Together, these tools assist building owners in achieving and maintaining BIM and LEED standards and certifications, as well as provide reduced costs and extend the life-time value of the asset.
